Having considered the application by Mrs Kaja Patel for a Temporary Event Notice for 'Chandlier' (Ground Floor, 1 Pop In Centre, South Way, Wembley HA9 0BH) (“the premises”) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for 31 December 2011 (05:00 hours until 09:00 hours), the Sub-Committee resolved that the temporary event notice be granted.
The Sub-Committee noted that the Police had withdrawn their objections to the grant of the temporary event notice following the applicant's submission of a satisfactory risk assessment form (Form 696).
