Title: Cabinet Member for Environment, Infrastructure and Climate Action
Other councillors representing this Ward:
The Tokyngton ward councillors surgery will take place on the 1st Saturday of every month, 10:00-11:00am at St Michaels Church, St Michaels Avenue, Tokyngton.
You can either make an appointment by writing to one of us by email, or you will be seen on a first-come first-serve basis on the day.
To help us manage our surgery, each appointment will be offered for 10 minutes only. We will follow up with an additional appointment where needed.
To avoid delays on the day, in advance of your surgery appointment please ensure that you email details of your case to both Cllr Muhammed Butt and Cllr Krupa Sheth.
In your email please detail the following:
Your full name name
Your address and postcode
Description of your enquiry
Any relevant attachments or previous correspondence
Not all casework can be solved by your councillor team and you may be referred to your local Member of Parliament, or your Assembly Member for help.

Finally, please ensure that if you have any suspected symptoms of Covid-19 that you do not attend your appointment.
N.B, there will be no surgery in August but we continue to be available by email for any help we can offer.
