Purpose:

To request approval to invite tenders in respect of a contract for roof, window and door replacement project at Preston Park Primary School as part of the School Asset Management Programme as required by Contract Standing Orders 88 and 89.
Part B: (Decision Approved – 15/03/2019)
Following on from A above the next stage in the process will be to seek approval for the final award of contract for roof, window and door replacement project at Preston Park Primary School (please note this report will be part exempt).
Decision:
(1) To approve the issuing of an Open Tender for the roof, window and door replacement project at Preston Park Primary School on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.5 of the report.
(2) To approve officers evaluating the tenders referred to in (1) above on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in paragraph 3.5 of the report.
