Purpose:

To note the overall financial position of the Council as at August 2014, covering: Budget Monitoring Summary, Council Tax and NNDR collection rates, Debt Analysis, Capital Programme Summary, Financial Control.

Decision:

(i)         that the Finance report be noted;

 

(ii)        that approval be given to the budget virements for the capital programme as set out in section 5 of the Financial Report appendix.
