Approval to Waive Contract Standing Orders to Permit Procurement of a Rapid Assessment Hub for Rough Sleepers Funded by the Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) Grant Through a Direct Award (Non-Key Cabinet Member Decision)
To seek approval to waive Contract Standing Orders to enaable a direct award of a contract for Rapid Assessment Hub for rough sleepers, funded by the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) grant for a period of thirteen (13) months so that this service can be aligned with the current grant funding arrangement. An additional month has been added to the extension as the new alocation of RSI funding is expected in May 2025.
