The implementation period for this contract requires the contract to be awarded within the next week. It is a critical contract for the Council due to the significant level of income that could be received by the Local Authority over the next four years. It would be impractical to defer because this would impact upon the contract mobilisation and the Council’s income streams would be severely impacted.
