Accommodation Based Social Care Support and Rehabilitation and Recovery Service
To award one contract for a recovery focussed accommodation based support service that will facilitate up to 13 people with mental health needs to stabilise their lives, manage their recovery and move on to independent living in the community.

The Strategic Director of Community Wellbeing in consultation with the Chief Legal Officer and the Chief Finance Officer has the authority to award mental health contracts with a value of up to £1m. Due to delays in the tender process it was not possible to determine if the contract value was below £1m before the 28 day deadline.
