Parking Provision & Policy Review This report provides an overview of parking provision, management and policy across the borough, including the effectiveness of current arrangements, the impact on residents and local areas, and the key challenges affecting parking availability and access. The report also outlines the role of Brent’s parking policies and operations and approach to delivery and servicing in helping to create safer, more equitable, and better-managed streets, and explores how these policies could better support climate goals, community needs, and financial sustainability in the longer-term and includes examples of recent improvements and initiatives delivered in the borough, highlighting challenges and considerations for the new Parking Policy. |

Value for Money in Procurement & Contracts This report provides an overview of the arrangements in place to ensure effective and consistent contract management that maximises the value and performance from all third-party contracts. It summarises performance of the Council’s strategic (platinum) contracts and includes information on three requested in-focus areas – highways, waste management and parks and environment services.
