Minutes: Having considered the matter, the Sub-Committee then asked the police and the applicants to leave the room to allow the Sub-Committee to discuss the relevant issues concerning the application.
RESOLVED:
Having considered the application by Brent Police to review the premises licence for ‘Jet 7 Sete’ (248-252 High Street, London NW10 4TD) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 (“The Act”), the Sub-Committee resolved that the premises licence continue in full force and effect, subject to the following additional conditions and informatives;
Additional conditions A1) To ensure the safe and quiet dispersal from the premises, there should be a minimum of 2 SIA qualified supervisors deployed at the front of the premises, away from the door on Friday and Saturday nights and they should remain in position until the crowd has fully dispersed.
A2) Facilities within the premises shall be made available for customers to await taxis.
Informatives
a) Regular announcements should be made from 03.00 hours reminding patrons to leave in a quiet and orderly manner on leaving.
b) The Premises Licence Holder shall adhere to all existing conditions on the licence including timings.
c) The Premises Licence Holder to continue top wok in partnership with the Police
