Declarations of personal and prejudicial interests Members are invited to declare at this stage of the meeting, any relevant financial or other interest in the items on this agenda. Minutes: The Chair advised that she had been approached by a local newspaper in respect of item two on the agenda, the application by the Metropolitan Police to review the premises licence for ‘Peaches Bar and Restaurant' (177-179 Kenton Road, Kenton, Harrow, HA3 0EY), but did not enter into any form of discussion that would give rise to a prejudicial interest as no view, opinion or expression was given on the matter that would impair her judgement during the decision making process. The Chair therefore remained present to consider this item.

The review follows the premises being subject to an expedited review at a hearing of the Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (C) on 9 December 2013. Additional documents:
Decision: The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (C) was out of the 28 day statutory time period in which to hold the hearing and accordingly the sub-committee did not have the relevant Powers to hear and determine matters in accordance with section 53 A (2) (b) of the Act. Therefore no decision of the sub-committee was made at the review hearing.
By way of a supplementary note it was agreed that the licensed premises holder is to continue to work in close consultation with the police and all other interested parties with a view to devising an action plan taking on board the interim measures imposed by the sub-committee at the expedited hearing on 9 December 2013.
