Application by the Metropolitan Police for a Review of the Premises Licence for 'Klub Mirage' (332-336 Neasden Lane, London, NW10 0AD) pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 Decision: Having considered the application by the Metropolitan Police to Review the Premises Licence for ‘Klub Mirage’ (332-336 Neasden Lane, London, NW10 0AD) (“the premises”) pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 the Sub-Committee resolved that the application be adjourned to a date to be confirmed.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) agreed to the premises licence holder’s request to adjourn the hearing and noted that the police did not object to the adjournment request. The Sub-Committee also noted that the applicant had provided the police with a written undertaking that the premises will remain closed until the review hearing is heard.

Application by Kamran Dadjooyi for a Premises Licence for 'Star Telecom' (Unit D, 236 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4QL) pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 Decision: that the application by Kamran Dadjooyi for a Premises Licence for ‘Star Telecom’ (Unit D, 236 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4QL) pursuant to provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 be refused.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) felt that the applicant had not provided sufficient evidence so as to overcome the licensing objectives on the grounds of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, Public Nuisance and Protections of Children from Harm and accordingly refused the application.
