To approve the proposed content and engagement processes for the new Brent Local Plan and undertaking Regulation 20 scoping consultation, pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026.
Decision:
(1) To approve Brent’s new Local Plan Regulation 20 scoping consultation for a four-week period including material contained in Appendix 1 of the accompanying report.
(b) To approve a ‘Call For Sites’ process to commence at the same time as the scoping consultation.
