Summary
Members of the Performance and Finance Select Committee have
requested a review of the Council’s relationship with the
Third Sector. A schedule of actions has been devised by officers
and was approved by Members at the previous meeting. The schedule
is attached to this briefing. At this stage of the review Members
have requested a schedule of all known lettings/occupation of
Council premise by the Third Sector be complied in order to
facilitate their understanding of the potential issues. The
