Reason for urgency: Whilst not possible to provide the full 28 day period of advance notice for this as a key decision it has been possible to provide at least 5 days advance notice of the intention to take the decision, in accordance with the urgency procedure. Reasons for urgency: It has not been possible to provide the full period of notice as a result of delay in conclusion of the developer partner procurement and it is not practical to defer the decision date given the need to meet the delivery timescales and funding conditions for the scheme. Anticipated restriction: Part exempt - view reasons
