Reason for urgency: The core council Domestic Abuse contract, following re-tender, is being awarded using delegated powers before September Cabinet. To ensure we are able to deliver the Home Office outcomes for 2017/18 spend we need to implement this service delivery as soon as possible and increased implementation time can ensure most affective and prompt delivery.
