Vivian Avenue covenant - deed of release
To agree the release of the deed of covenant on the open land to the rear of Vivian Avenue for a sum set out in appendices to the report and to apply to ensure delivery of affordable extra care housing. Network Housing Group have secured planning permission to develop the site for an extra care housing scheme for the frail elderly and have requested a deed of release from the council from the covenant not to develop open land originally entered into by Wembley District Council with trustees of the Oakington Manor Estate.
Appendix 3 is exempt from publication under Schedule 12A(3) of the Local Government Act 1972 as this includes Information relating to the financial or business affairs of third parties.
