Final arrangements for the Public Health transfer
To note that arrangements have been put in place to ensure successful transition of public health contracts and staff and that the council is ready to “go live” with public health responsibilities on 1st April 2013. To delegate responsibility to the appropriate lead member or officer to sign on behalf of the council the public health transfer schemes that will be issued by the Department of Health towards the end of March 2013.
