Reason for urgency:
An administrative / technical error meant the item was not added to the Forward Plan within the relevant due notice period.

The council has a duty to consult on the Harlesden Neighbouhood Plan as soon as it can after receiving it from the Neighbourhood Forum, and it was received on 24th May 2018. The Old Oak and Park Royal Develpment Corporation (OPDC) also intend to take the Plan to their Planning Committee on 5th July 2018, and it would be desirable for Brent to consult as soon as possible after this date.
