To approve the undertaking of appropriate consultation and to the advertising of Traffic Orders in association with the introduction of new charges and a new emission based charging regime for residents parking permits as set out within the report. To agree the mechanism for considering representations received prior to deciding whether or not to introduce the charges and regime as described in the report.
