Affordable Housing Supply Programme – Right to Buy Receipts 2015 - 2019
To approve the ongoing retention of Right to Buy receipts as part of the Brent Retention Agreement (2012) with the Greater London Authority until 31 March 2019 to enable new affordable housing; to procure a Preferred Development Partner, via the Greater London Authority Developer Panel, to deliver new affordable housing with the support of Right to Buy receipts in 2016-19; to commit RTB receipts in 2016-19 to the RTB Delivery Partnership; to ring fence and commit RTB receipts in 2016-19 to support the provision of affordable housing enablement in the GLA Housing Zone Areas for deployment by 31 March 2019.
