PDF 42 KBTo agree that consultation proceed on the approaches recommended in the draft Asset Management Strategy and the related rent policy; to prepare a programme for infill development within the HRA estate of new affordable housing; to approve initial feasibility studies with the proposed programme; to examine options to maximise affordable housing development including where appropriate through partnership arrangements; to develop an Asset Management Plan; to authorise expenditure from the Housing Revenue Account to undertake the above activities.
