Recent Committee Activity

Browse the list of Newly Published items where you can find details of recently published committee papers, forward plans and decisions, as well as recently held and forthcoming meetings.

You can also register to receive email updates on your choice of committees. Once registered, you will also be able to create or sign e-petitions.

Calendar

Browse upcoming meetings using our Calendar of Meetings. Click on a meeting to view further information and related committee papers.

You have the right to attend meetings of Full Council, the Cabinet and other committees and sub-committees. Occasionally all or part of a meeting may be held in private if exempt or confidential information will be discussed; however, on such occasions this will usually be identified on the agenda for the meeting.

Forward Plan

The Forward Plan is a list of forthcoming decisions due to be considered by Cabinet and Cabinet committees. This document is updated regularly.

The Forward Plan will tell you:

• What the decision is about;
• Whether the decision is a ‘Key Decision’
• Who will take the decision and when;
• Who the lead officer and Cabinet member are;
• How you can make representations;
• If part or all of the accompanying report will be exempt from publication.
