07/05/2025 - Extension and variation of contracts provision of Extra care housing services at Beechwood Court, Harrod Court, and Tulsi House with Westminster Homecare Limited and Willow House, Rosemary House, and Newcroft House with London Care Ltd
(1) To approve an extension to the current call-off contract for the provision of care & support services under the Extra Care Housing for Beechwood Court, Harrod Court and Tulsi House with Westminster Homecare Limited (‘Westminster Contract’) for a period of 90 days from 3rd June 2025 to 31st August 2025 for the sum of £238,907.90.
(2) To approve a variation to the Westminster Contract detailed in (1) above to allow for the extension.
(3) To approve an extension to the current call-off contract for the provision of care & support services under the Extra Care Housing for Willow House, Rosemary House, and Newcroft House with London Care Limited for a period of 90 days from 3rd June 2025 to 31st August 2025 for the sum of £205,329.38.
(4) To approve a variation to the contract with London Care Limited detailed in (1) above to allow for the extension.
