24/04/2024 - Authorisation of the Heat Charge Tariff 2024-25 for Unity Place residents (Recordable Non-Key Officer Decision)
To approve the proposed heat tariff charges for 2024-2025 for Unity Place based on the high-level billing methodology as set out in the Heat Metering and Billing Paper previously approved by Cabinet in July 2020. In particular:
(i) a heating standing charge of 45p per home per day (equivalent to £3.19 per week and £165.69 per annum); and
(ii) a variable charge of 9.88 p/kWh for heat usage
