Standards (Initial Assessment) Sub-Committee
Purpose of committee
This sub-committee is responsible for deciding whether a member failed or may have failed to comply with the Council’s Code of Conduct and then decide whether to:
- refer the complaint to the Monitoring Officer
- refer the complaint to the Standards Board for England
- to take no further action.
