Application for the Review a Premises Licence following a Closure Order by Metropolitan Police for the premises known as Essentials, 383 Church Lane, London, NW9 8JB, pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003

Members are asked to note that part of the representations to be considered in relation to the above application will involve the disclosure of exempt information (as detailed in 4 below). The Sub Committee will therefore be asked to exclude the press and public from the meeting whilst these representations are considered.

Decision:

Licence Revoked

 

The sub-committee decided that continuation of the licence would undermine all the licensing objectives.
