To request approval to vary and extend a contract in respect of the provision of CCTV maintenance and ongoing services with Tyco Integrated Fire and Security.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Cleaner Streets, Transport and Public Realm, having consulted the Leader:
(1) Approves the variation of the contract for the provision of CCTV maintenance and ongoing services with Tyco Integrated Fire and Security to allow for an extension of the contract, as detailed in (2) below.
(2) Approves the extension of the contract for a period of 2 months from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, on the basis of the reasons detailed within section 3.2.4 and 3.2.7 of the accompanying report.
