To request authority to award a contract via Framework for Queens Park Cullen Demolition, Queens Park Cullen Demolition.

Decision:

That the Director of Inclusive Regeneration and Climate Resilience, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning:

 

i)               Approves the award of contract for demolition and site clearance at Queens Park Cullen, South Kilburn, to DSM Demolition Ltd for up to 6 months in the sum of £528,036.00 (excluding VAT), WITH A 15% contingency of £79,205.40, giving a total approval value of £607,241.40.
