Purpose:
This report concerns the extension of the existing contract to continue the provision of Facilities Management (FM) services for the Council’s retained estate.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Property:
i) Approves the variation of the contract for Hard FM Maintenance with OCS UK&I to permit extension of the contract.
ii) Approves the extension of the contract for a period of two years, commencing on 1 July 2026.
Reason Key: Signficant expenditure/savings of £500k or more;
