That the Lead Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Property:
i) Approves the variation to the HIF Funding Agreement to allow for an extension to the HIF Funding Longstop date to 31 March 2026 (from 31 March 2025), with the Infrastructure delivery Backstop date extended to March 2027.
ii) Notes the variations to the terms and pre-conditions of the agreement set out in paragraph 3.12 of the report.
