That the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources, having consulted with the Leader:
i) Approves the variation of the contract for a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) in respect of works at 381-397 Edgware Road, Colindale, London, NW9 with Higgins Partnerships 1961 PLC (Higgins) at a value of £144,069.00 in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution.
