Purpose:
This decision seeks authority to extend the contract for Single Homeless Prevention Services with Pan London Single Homeless Prevention Service Limited
Decision:

Reasons for the decision:
The Council entered into a contract for the provision of Single Homeless Prevention Services with Pan London Single Homeless Prevention Service Limited on 1 November 2020 (the “Contract”).
The extension is required to allow for the continuation of referrals of single newly granted refugees, granted immigration status in the UK through the Streamlined Asylum Process (SAP) to the Single Homeless Prevention Service which will achieve best value for the Council.
Alternative options considered:
Officers considered undertaking a new procurement to have the services delivered by another provider but it was determined that extending the current contract is the most sensible decision as it will ensure continuity of existing services and will achieve best value for the Council.
