Decision:
That the Corporate Director Children and Young People, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Schools:
i) Approves the award of the contract for Provision of Independent Reviewing Officers (IRO) for Children Looked After and Foster Carer Reviewing Officers (FCRO) to Aidhour Limited for a contract term of two years plus two +1 year extensions (total 4 years), with the proposed contract commencement date of 1st October 2024 for the sum of £703,800.00.
