i) Approves the award of the second stage of the two-stage design and build contract with Ark Build Plc for the Picture Palace refurbishment works for a sum of £3,188,879.39.

The Lead Member has been appraised of the project and consulted on the report and its recommendations to award the second stage of the contract to deliver the refurbishment works. Local community organisations will be kept up to date and engaged throughout the construction phase.
