That the Cabinet Member for Community Health and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Leader:
i) Approves inviting tenders for a new care and support contract at Clement Close on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
ii) Approves officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in the report.
