That the Director Integrated Care Partnership, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community Health and Wellbeing:
i) Approves the award of contract for Health Educators to Brent Carers Centre, with an initial contract term of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years for the sum of £999,974.66, excluding VAT.
