Purpose:
To consider the draft Sustainable Environment and Development Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) consultation responses, any recommended amendments and adoption of the SPD.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Communities and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning & Growth:
i) Considers the consultation representations received, officer responses and recommended changes to the Sustainable Environment and Development Draft SPD as set out in Appendix A of the accompanying report.
ii) Approves the adoption of the Sustainable Environment and Development SPD as set out in Appendix B of the accompanying report.
