Purpose:
To confirm approval to extend the Council’s Section 75 Agreement in respect of the Better Care Fund pooled budget for a further period of 12 months.
Decision:
That the Corporate Director Adult Social Care & Health:
i) Notes the succession of the North West London Clinical Commissioning Group to Brent Borough with regard to the Better Care Fund pooled budget.
ii) Confirms approval of the extension to the existing Section 75 Agreement in respect of the Better Care Fund pooled budget with North West London Clinical Commissioning Group for a period of 12 months from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
iii) Confirms approval of the variations to amend the Section 75 Agreement in respect of the Better Care Fund pooled budget and financial arrangements.
