That the Director Regeneration, Growth and Employment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning:
i) Considers the representations received and officer responses set out in Appendix 1 of the report.
ii) Approves the adoption of the Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document set out in Appendix 2 of the report.
