Purpose:
To approve the award of conditional grants for the placement of children and young people in Additionally Resourced Provisions in academies for the academic year 2022/23 and to approve the award of a contract for the placement of children and young people in Additionally Resourced Provisions with The Pears Family Charitable Foundation School London for a period of three years commencing the academic year 2022/23.

Decision:
(1) To approve the award of conditional grants for the Additionally Resourced Provisions to the schools and in the sums listed in Table 1 of this report for the academic year 2022/23.
(2) To approve the award of a contract for the placement of children and young people in Additionally Resourced Provisions with The Pears Family Charitable Foundation School London for a period of three years commencing the academic year 2022/23 in the sum of £378,000 having noted that the Cabinet Member had waived the requirement to tender.
