Purpose:
To approve an extension of the current contract with Infosys by 11 months to July 2023 which will support the delivery of the digital transformation programme.
Decision:
(1) To approve the extension to the current contract for a Digital Transformation Technology Partner with Infosys Limited for a period of eleven months from 1st September 2022 to 31st July 2023.
(2) To approve a variation to the current contract with Infosys Limited to allow for the extension detailed in recommendation (1) above.
