To confirm minor changes to the Senior Management Restructure following a period of consultation and reflection.
Decision:
That the Chief Executive approves the following amendments to the Senior Management Restructure:
i) To move the Procurement Service from the Corporate Director Finance and Resources to the Corporate Director Governance.
Reasons for the decision:
Have considered the new responsibilities of the Corporate Directors Finance & Resources, and Governance, in the context of the present financial climate it was decided to move the reporting line Procurement Service to the Corporate Director Governance.
