Purpose:
To request authority to for a variation and extension to the current contract for the provision of Speech and Language Therapy for Children and Young People in mainstream schools, Family Wellbeing Centres, and Linked Early Years Settings.
Decision:
(1) To approve the extension to the contract for the provision of speech and language therapy services for children and young people in mainstream schools, Family Wellbeing Centres and linked early years settings with Central London Community Healthcare Trust for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2022 by exercising the option to extend the contract provided for under the Contract Terms.
(2) To approve a variation to the contract referred to in (1) above to increase the core service sessions due to increased demand resulting in an increase in the original total contract value of £3,835,707 by the sum of £112,681.26.
