Purpose:
The Council have been out to tender for a multi-disciplinary design team to carry out the design of the Phase 1 site on St Raphael’s. The tender process has now been completed and we wish to award the tender to the successful provider.
Decision:
That the Operational Director for Housing, in consultation with the Lead Member for Housing and Welfare Reform:
i) Approves the award of contract to Bidder A for architecture and related services for housing and mixed-use and mixed tenure development for the Phase 1 site at St Raphael’s Estate, commencing on 24 May for a period of 24 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months.
