Cabinet RESOLVED to delegate authority to the Strategic Director of Regeneration & Environment in consultation with the Lead Member for Environment, the Lead Member for Planning, Property and Regeneration and the Director of Finance to allocate £10m of Community Infrastructure Levy funding to allow the construction of the new One Public Estate Spine/Access road at Northwick Park.
