To request approval to appropriate Peel Phases 2, 3 & 4.

Having considered the representations made by third parties to:
(1) Agree that the Appropriation Land is surplus to requirements and is no longer required for the purpose for which it is currently held.
(2) Following on from (1) above, to agree that the Appropriation Land is to be appropriated for planning purposes pursuant to the Planning Permission.
