To seek approval for the award of a contract for refurbishment works at Stonebridge Annex Twybridge Way, NW10.
Decision:
That the Strategic Director, Regeneration & Environment:
i) Approves the award of contract to appoint Engie Regeneration UK & Ireland as Works Main Contractor under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016 Edition.
Please note: This decision was subject to a call-in considered by the Resources & Public Realm Scrutiny Committee on 23 September 2020. As a result of the call-in the Scrutiny Committee agreed to confirm the above decision, having noted that its implementation would be deferred pending confirmation that all necessary consents in relation to the planning decision relating to 1 Moorland Garden had been obtained.
