Purpose:
Approve the tender of a contract for the provision of an Independent Reviewing Officer Service and Fostering Reviewing Service for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for up to a further one (1) year.
Decision:
i) Approval of the invitation of tenders for a combined contract to provide an Independent Reviewing Officer Service for Looked After Children and a Fostering Review Service for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) year from 1 October 2020.
ii) Approval that officers evaluate the tenders referred to in (i) above on the basis of the evaluation criteria set out in paragraph 5.1 of the report.
