To seek approval to the waiver of Contract Standing Orders in relation to the procurement of Civil Enforcement Agents.
Decision:
To approve an exemption from the requirements of Contract Standing Orders in order to permit a direct award of contract for the procurement of Civil Enforcement Agents from 1st May 2019 for a 12 month period, with an optional extension period of up to 6 months.
