To confirm the Brent Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2019/20, which will remain unchanged from the current scheme.

To advise on the review of the Council Tax Support and Local Welfare Assistance schemes for 2020/21.

RESOLVED:

      i.        Cabinet agreed that Brent’s Council Tax Support (“CTS”) scheme remained unchanged in 2019/20.

    ii.        Cabinet noted the factors which would be relevant for consideration regarding the future of the local scheme beyond 2019/20.
